Nursery Expands
We are absolutely delighted to be able to announce that our expansion plans have finally come to fruition.
On Tuesday 31st May we took delivery of our brand new and purpose-built 18-place nursery classroom. This development now means that we can continue to meet the increasing needs of parents for high quality nursery provision.

Putting the first building block in place

Lifting the next section

Making the room ready
The new facility will be open on Monday 6th June, ready for the start of the new term. We are extremely pleased with how the building is looking and both parents and staff have commented on how big the room is and how amazing the space looks with the furniture and activities in place.

Light and spacious, and ready to go

Activities set up for the children on Monday
In order to provide a greater variety of learning opportunities, we are continuing to develop the outside space at the back of the nursery. We now have in place an undercover stage, a construction area, a role play area and ‘nature’ kitchen. We have almost completed a ‘discovery centre’ where children can develop their scientific skills, a small world area, den-making area and a pond with a safety cover. A chicken run and coup have appeared – we should soon have our own chickens so that the children can collect the aggs. Once these are complete we have plans to develop the space further with more stimulating activities – watch this space!
